The official public comment period for the Chappaqua Crossing DEIS is over, we invite all residents to continue the dialogue. The Town Board remains interested in hearing your comments. The applicant will only be required to address these comments that were submitted by September 25, 2009, but we will continue to read each and every one of them. As Lead Agency, we continue our responsibility to listen to your concerns.

This website is provided to present documents prepared or filed on SG Chappaqua B LLC’s application for rezoning and redevelopment of the Reader’s Digest property.


In particular, the site can be used at this time to review and comment upon the Draft Environmental Impact Statement that SG Chappaqua B LLC has prepared and filed for the project.

The review documents are all in Adobe PDF format.  You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader (available free here) installed on your computer to view them.   The document files are large so please be patient when viewing or downloading them!
